Learner Refund and Cancellation Policy

ACPM Fellow and Associate Member registration cost for this event is $15. Non-ACPM member registration cost for this event is $25. ACPM Trainee Member registration cost for this event is $0. Industry registration cost for this event is $50.

Cancellations will receive a full refund up to 60 days prior to the first day of the seminar, 50% up to 30 days prior, 20% up to 15 days prior. Cancellations with fewer than 15 days prior notice are not eligible for a refund.

The American College of Podiatric Medicine is approved by the Council on Podiatric Medical Education as a provider of continuing education in podiatric medicine. American College of Podiatric Medicine has approved this activity for a maximum of 1 continuing education contact hours.
