At the end of this presentation, the attendee will understand the 2025 ICD-10-CM and CPT changes that will be going into effect on January 1, 2025 to ensure that the medical record documentation supports the codes that are billed.
At the end of this presentation, the attendee will be able to make sure that the ICD-10-CM changes and the CPT changes that went into effect on January 1, 2024 have been used appropriately to ensure that what was billed was done so appropriately, that the documentation within the medical record supports what was billed and in the event of an audit, there will not be any negative sequela.
